Venture north in the summer to the quaint town of Roscommon, Michigan and you’ll find the streets lined with “home town” shops and eateries. Among those storefronts is Made UP North, a retailer exclusively housing the products and wares of Northern Michigan makers, artisans, crafters and food entrepreneurs.
Diane Love-Suvada is the proud owner of this establishment. Former Director of Events and Community Engagement at TechTown Detroit, and current Executive Director of The Sawmill Rural Business Center, Diane headed north in 2016, following her love for the outdoors and dream of owning a business.
